I came to know Dawn Suter, through a recommendation, around February 2013. My brother had passed away in June of 2012 and, as the administrator of his estate, I had the responsibility to sell his co-op.
Dawn was the first of three brokers I interviewed. I liked that she had done her homework and was very well prepared for the interview. Two years ago, I was referred by a good friend to Dawn Sutter who is a real estate agent who handles the town of Scarsdale which is where my wife and I decided we wanted our 9 year old son to spend the rest of his school years in Scarsdale since, based on our research, the Scarsdale School System is one of the best around! We had been living in Manhattan since he was born and although we new it would be stressful on all of us to "move to the burbs", Dawn made it easy as pie.
After a short conversation to discover our needs, wants, and capabilities, she was already sending is houses that she felt would be good for us. She was "Spot On!"
